Kaitsea is the cross-source convergence substrate for the agent-dominated assertion economy.
Public and accountable sources — registers, encyclopedias, sanctions lists, news, regulators — assert about public entities. Kaitsea aggregates those assertions, surfaces multi-source agreement and disagreement with full provenance, and emits the result as epistemic primitives an agent can act on. Distinct layer from the within-tenant context graphs that answer what does my organisation know; Kaitsea answers what do credibly-independent sources collectively assert.
